Need to drop initial bursts of data in tsdemx.

Hi All,

I have a rtp with mpeg ts streaming use cases. I am using "tsdemux" for
demuxing. I want drop off initial burst of data, lets say some 100 packets.
What is the best way to do it. Can we use new segment event? or any other
way.
