qt-gstreamer dynamic pipeline

Below is the pipeline implemented by the code posted in the previous post.

queue 3 ! omxh264enc ! h264parse ! rtph264pay ! udpsink

And i am add/ remove queue3 pipeline on start /stop ETH streaming event.
