qt-gstreamer dynamic pipeline

I did some extra debug and found the its Pause/Resume which hangs pipeline
not Linking/Unlinking elements on pause.

I Added all element on pipeline on init and then every 1 second i just
paused pipeline for 10ms and then play the pipeline again without
adding/removing any elements. So in that case also pipeline hangs.

So whats the correct way to pause and resume the pipeline.?
