Android HW+ decoding problem

Yes that enables you to use H264 hardware decoder. keep in mind this element
will not get chosen automatically by decodebin and you have to construct the
pipeline yourself like this:
... ! h264parse ! amcviddec-omxamlogicavcdecoderawesome ! ....
