I doned what you suggest but got this error:

Maybe should i use another demux?

I cant see the caps with this syntax so i used you sugested:

got fisrt frame on listener and stop.. 

Maybe i cant to this with simple gstreamer elements.. Because i send AVB
packets with the talker..

If i do this without *./talker eth0 1024 syntax* :

 gst-launch-1.0 --gst-debug=*:2 -vm uridecodebin
uri=file:/mnt/ssd/Serenity_Tra
iler.mp4 ! qtdemux ! h264parse ! video/x-h264,stream-format=byte-stream !
rtph26
4pay ! fdsink fd=1
