Could you try removing the format "I420". from the logs its seems the
format is not negotiated. make sure the camera supports I420 format. One
way to do this is dump the raw frames to a filesink and use any raw viewing
tool to analyse the data.
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 ! video/x-raw, width=320,
height=240, framerate=30/1 ! filesink location===test.yuv
