How to synchronize two stream for stereo vision

Furthermore, is it possible to use a GstNtpClock
<https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gstreamer-libs/html/GstNetClientClock.html#GstNtpClock>instead
of GstSystemClock with gst-launch ?
