Setting RTPSource::sdes cname rejects '@'

Solved thanks to the helpful tips of user <slomo> in IRC #gstreamer
Posting here for the remotely likely case that someone with the same 
problem arrives here. Wouldn't hurt that this was documented, though.

This is a sample minimal working command with the correct syntax:

gst-launch-1.0 rtpsession 
sdes="application/x-rtp-source-sdes,cname=(string)\"user\@host\""
