GL: gstglcontext_cocoa.h missing from 1.12

Please file a bug about this. Using gst_gl_context_new_wrapped() might
be a solution for you though, if not we should expose some API that
allows your use case.

For that function, see
  gst-plugins-bad/gst-libs/gst/gl/cocoa/gstglcaopengllayer.m
as an example.
