Question on CAPS

I am trying to run: (notice the CAPS). Which fails
gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=entry.mp4 '!' qtdemux '!'

Remove the width and height and it works.

What am I doing wrong ? The original image is 1920x1080 and I want to make
that smaller at 640x480.
