Missing lib or plugin

Hi,
I am trying to run a matroska-file, containing mjpeg-video, through the
playbin:

  gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri='file:///<path-to-file>/mjpeg.mkv'

I get the following error:

  Error received from element uridecodebin0: Your GStreamer installation is
missing a plug-in.

Does anybody know what lib or plugin is needed to decode mjpeg.

I am running gst-uninstalled on Debian Jessie.
