mp4mux for MPEG-DASH streaming

Hi,

I am trying to implement DASH streaming using Gstreamer 1.12. 
I am unable to play the the mpd file with the Gstreamer fragment..
Can I use mp4mux with properties fragment-duration=10000 and streamable=true
for 10 secs DASH fragment creation ??

I found below bug related to dashsink. Found the patch is not checked in.
Any progress in this activity ??
