hlssink from different sources

rtpmp4vdepay  caps area  sink caps are not compatible with rtspsrc generated
pads caps.

Are you sure that camera gives MPEG4 video elementary stream ??

Below pipeline should tell tell what stream rtsp stream has. Attach console
dump of below pipeline. 
gst-launch-1.0 uridecodebin uri=rtsp://IP/camera.sdp  ! fakesink -v
