GStreamer-RTSP-Server: support multiple players/clients with the same stream

Hello.
We´ve been using* test-launch.c* as base for our server. It´s has been
working great.
The only problem is that we can play the stream with only one player at the
time.

I looked at other exemplos *test-multicast.c* and *test-multicast.c* but I
couldn´t figure out what is exactly the changes I need to make on my
original project to enable multple players at the same time.
