hlssink and its usage for timeshift

I am using Gstreamer 1.8.3. When I download and compile
/gst-plugins-bad-1.8.3, the build goes well, however I do not see hlssink
getting installed with 'make install'. Are there any dependencies for
compilation of hlssink ?
