cannot build source in gst-rtsp-server-1.11.2

Hi again,

I would like to inform you of my progress (in case someone is interested ;-)
I found a "solution", I just removed the line docs from the master Makefile.
This way no documentation is generated and as this error is "just" in the
doc generation, so I can live with it.
