GL failure on Fedora

[Russel Winder]

Me TV again. On Fedora Rawhide, which has GStreamer 1.14.0 with both
libgstgtk.so and libgstopengl.so seemingly in the right place.

This does not happen on Debian Sid.

Anyone any ideas as to what might be going wrong?
