gst-plugins-good 1.14.0 is missing directsoundsink

Hi,
The MSYS2/MinGW build of gst-plugins-good 1.14.0 is missing directsoundsink (or so it seems).
Not sure if it is due to a build issue or some recent changes (i.e. https://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-good/commit/sys/directsound?h=1.14&id=b5364f94be9429601454881e363d695e80fb9e2d)
gst-inspect directsoundsink gives nothing and gst-inspect directsound gives:
$ gst-inspect-1.0.exe directsound
