I have ported the old(er) shell scripts to pure python3 and migrated
three templates to jinja2. So far these work:

* gstobject
* gstelement
* gstbasetransform

It's quite easy to port old templates to new and I will do so on a
need-to-use basis. Pull requests are welcome. The old system was not
bad at all and very clever, but of course using jinja2 allows for more
complexity...
