PTP and RTCP SDES/AVB support in GStreamer

Hello,

I am relatively new to using GStreamer and I am trying to use GStreamer to
send an MPEG2-TS stream to an embedded device, sample pipeline:



The target device also needs AVB and SDES information within the RTCP
payload. It also uses PTP synchronization. Is there a way to send this
information with GStreamer?
