Issue with h264depay and avdec_h264 when using rtpulpfecenc/dec !

Mathieu,
The bug has been already raised , with bug id #796929 under gst-plugins-good
.
I dont use Vp8 in my original code, No example code is available on the
internet for the same . What change should i do in my code to make it work
with h264pay / depay loader, sampe is attached below :
