Galicaster: Adding this app using GStreamer to the GStreamer apps list?

So, I was wondering whether it was interesting to add Galicaster to the
list of GStreamer apps: https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/apps/

Galicaster is a multi-stream recorder written in python that uses GStreamer
for the recording workflow and GTK for the UI:
