If it helps:

   1. I´m pretty sure that the appsrc has a capability for the "width" ,
   otherwise how would the appsrc knows the image size?. Also if you check the
   "gst-inspect-1.0 appsrc" in Capabilities says "ANY".
   2. In addition, I tested the omxh264enc encoder so I´m sure it works.
   But I don´t have idea what "GST_OMX_CONFIG" problem means.
