Couldn't load TLS file database

Hello everyone,
I am trying to develop mediaplayer with Gstreamer-java and this warning
started to show up recently:

java.exe:6344): GLib-Net-WARNING **: couldn't load TLS file database: Failed
to open folder �C:\gstreamer\1.0\x86_64\etc\ssl\certs\ca-certificates.crt�:
No such file or directory


Do you have any idea how to fix it? P.S. I am streaming media from internet
via http in form like this: 
"http://217.144.16.204:1935/vod/_definst_/amlst:markiza/38479715_20180105202903/playlist.m3u8"
