Example code for muxing klv (meta/x-klv) with mpegtsmux (plugins-bad) and GStreamer 1.8.3

Hi Jean,

I came across this today. If you don't mind, could you kindly share what
your final solution looked like? I am not having much luck embedding
metadata into the mpeg stream.
