streaming .h264 video file using appsrc via rtsp

Thanks for your reply.

with this pipeline video is playing smoothly

     "gst-launch-1.0 rtspsrc location=rtsp://127.0.0.1:8554/test latency=0 !
      rtph264depay ! avdec_h264 ! autovideosink sync=false."

But unable to play this in vlc player(vlc as client  and gstreamer-1.0 as
server)

    "vlc rtsp://127.0.0.1:8554/test"
