First thanks for your answers!

Actually I have some evolution in the proces but have this errors ( end of
email ) both errors try to download sources from
https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/mirror/ and this sources dont exist.

Enviorment windows 10
Cerbero dist 1.12.0

python cerbero-uninstalled bootstrap
