SDK 1.14.1 is causing new error with RTMP streaming to picarto.tv

Hi gstreamers,

Since the new SDK 1.14.1 I now have an error trying to stream to picarto.tv through RTMP...
The error does not happen if I replace libgstflv.a with the one from gstreamer 1.12.4, so it seems to be caused by the flvmux enhancements...

The logs first show some new warnings saying:
GStreamer+rtmp: 0:00:41.146153161 0xa518de90 :0: Larger timestamp than 24-bit: 0xffffffea

Then the following errors happens:
WriteN, RTMP send error 32 (136 bytes)
WriteN, RTMP send error 32 (58 bytes)
WriteN, RTMP send error 9 (42 bytes)
