Vdpau VAAPI backend is disabled due to instability and lack of maintenance.
Native VDPAU in GStreamer is incomplete. It's unlikely to improve as VDPAU
is deprecated. We have support for NVDEC in upstream GStreamer, that would
be my recommandation.
