VP9 HDR encoding

For the vpx/vp9enc pros here:

Would anyone like to kindly point me toward guidance for how to correct set
VP9 encode settings to achieve HDR profiles and higher bit-depths (ideally
VP9 profile 3, 12-bit)?

Basically, a guide like this one for ffmpeg but written for gstreamer would
be ideal:

Perhaps if there isn't such a guide today, I will write one after figuring
this out, but until then I'm still quite lost!
