GStreamer and Rhythmbox on Debian Sid

Hello Russel,

According to this page, the package gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly should
contain libgstmpg123.so :
https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly/filelist

This list is for gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly 1.12.4-1
