How To Install Gstreamer Plugins On Windows

Hello,

    I have downloaded the gstreamer msi installer (gstreamer-1.0-devel-x86_64-1.13.90.msi)

I follow the install instructions and select “completed” install option,

But there is no plugin folder under F:\gstreamer\1.0,

Did I miss some steps ?
