Picture in picture with GES

I am trying to figure out whether I can use GES to do "picutre in picture".

In other words, I want to mix two video streams.  The background stream
would take up the entire screen, and the foreground stream would be resized
(made smaller) and would sit in the corner of the screen.

I know this is possible with Gsteamer itself, but is it possible to do this
with GES?
