Gstreamer Pipeline sometimes doesn't work and sometimes does.

The pipeline produces no results at all. No frames received and no log when
-v is used. 
And yes, as you said if consumer pipeline is started before the producer
pipeline, it works always. Is it unusual or what?

Can you explain why it is happening?
