1.12.4 → 1.14.0 on Debian

Thanks Nicholas and Sebastian for fixing my "lack of gtksink" problem. C++
code now does what it should. However the Rust version is still failing, but
now with a different error. It seems that the gtkglsink can and is
constructed, but the glsinkbin in which to put the gtkglsink cannot be made.

I suspect this is my fault, that this is a usage problem.

The C++ code checks for nouveau and ignores GL in that situation. My Rust code
though just tries whatever the graphics driver. So is it right that trying to
create a glsinkbin should fail on a nouveau system?
