[CROSS-POST] New Bin Element For Youtube

Hello,
I have just completed integration of the youtube-dl script with
GStreamer using a GstBin.
Thanks to inputs from ystreet00 and ndufresne on IRC. Without them,
this would have taken longer.
The project is more of a prototype at this stage. I have many ideas on
how to improve it.
