all gstreamer commands hangs with error

Every gstreamer command (gst-play gst-inspect gst-launch etc) hangs with an
error regarding the sample rate

like 

[phas at Foton ~]$ gst-inspect-1.0

Seems a problem with ladspa/lv2 but on his hand, the audio part of my system
(jack and the other stuff) seems to work just fine.

Any idea?
