live streaming from camera to html

Yeah, it does seem like webRTC is my best option since I need low latency.

I'm a bit confused about the demos, they seem to always involve 2-way
streaming and I only need/want one way.

For now I have settled into a MJPEG stream using http-launch so that it can
be simply showed in  , but at some point I will look into moving it to
webRTC.
