Stream USB camera on windows

Hi,
I am pretty new to gstreamer, but I really can't find a solution to my
problem.

I have a camera which can be accessed by usb. It is detected by
gst-device-monitor. I have implemented a pipe that has worked for other
cameras (with defferent caps of course), but I can't make it work with this
one. I have to use windows. Maybe you guys can help me figure it out?
