correct usage of elements 'tee' and 'output-selector'

Hi Daniel,

I am using the output-selector. 
Whats the correct syntax of setting the property 'active pad' for
output-selector in the command line? 

I was able to set it using a python script(although the output was same)
where I get the srcpad and then link. But what would be the correct way to
do it via the command line?
