Basic questions about HTTP / TCP

I have a working solution which streams video from ip and web cams using
http. I used basehttpserver from standart python library and nginx for load
balansing. Gstreamer  pipeline looks like: rtsp- mpegtsmux - multisocket
sink. You can link me directly if you want details.
