Windows application not identifying objects correctly?

Sebastian's reply is correct. The issue was related to having used vcpkg
and an installed glib from there as well as the glib that came installed
with gstreamer. Once I removed the vcpkg cmake file from CMakeSettings.json
all started to work. Thanks.
