Where is tutorials.sln?

Following the instructions on the gstreamer getting started and tutorials, I've installed the x86_x64/msvc runtime and developer .msi files but there are no solution or project files anywhere in the gstreamer folder.
I tried version 1.15.90 and 1.15.2
The only i see tutorial and example files is in the git repo. Which has the examples folder with .cc files, but no "tutorials" folder or solution.
