Strange compositor problem

Hello,
I'm trying to mix two streams, one is from videotestsrc and appsrc for
another, but only one of them is showing on the screen, the orther is not,
I'm sure both are pushing buffers but cant figure out how:

compositor name=mix sink_0::alpha=0.5 sink_1::alpha=0.5 ! fpsdisplaysink \
      appsrc is-live=true do-timestamp=true format=time ! videoscale !
videorate ! mix. \
      videotestsrc is-live=true ! mix.

my appsrc is sending data in push mode, so I need that is-live I guess,
