Play video (file and url) with Gstreamer-1.0 with position x,y and width height

hi everyone, 
can any one help me please i need to play more than video with gstramer-1.0
(not play all video from one commande but for each video launch a commande)
with th position on screen (left, right top bottom ) and dimesion (width,
height).
