gst-inspect-1.0 vaapi gives 0 features on Ubuntu

Hi,
Please find output of below commands:
1) dmesg | grep drm
--> No Output
2) ls /dev/dri/
-->by-path card0 renderD128
3) ls /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/

radeon_dri.so swrast_dri.so

4)vainfo
