Video/Audio sync loss after long time

Hi,

I have a few pipelines running and encoding video and audio utilizing
intervideo8 and interaudio*. After ~two minutes of good and synchronize
streame on all channels the video frames change rapidly as if trying to keep
up with audio time stamps.

How can I debug this phenomenon to find the root cause?
