stream a mp4 file to udpsink again and again

Hi experts:
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
Gstreamer Version: GStreamer 1.8.3

My pipeline:
    gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc location=test.mp4 ! decodebin ! x264enc !
rtph264pay ! udpsink host=224.1.1.1

What I want:
    I want to send the mp4 file again and again, does gstreamer have some
option like ffmpeg's '-stream_loop' options?
