gstreamer h264 udp stream from haivision not being displayed

The error below is obscure, but my impression is that you need a
videoscaler to adapt the non-square pixel aspect ratio for your display.
You could try with a scaling display like xvimagesink or glimagesink too,
it's a bit of a guess. I believe we have used the makito that way before,
even though we usually use SRT. From the output, it would seem that the
mpeg take part is working.
