GESTitleClip: changing height stretches the text

On being recommended to use GESTitleClip instead of textoverlay as an
effect, I managed to overcome the inconsistent scaling issue I has posted
earlier (Re: Reduced text rendering quality
<https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/gstreamer-devel/2019-February/070413.html>
)

However, I need the title clip to overlap the underlying media and on
setting the height of the title clip, the text gets stretched too.
